at first i didn't expect much from cats, but i'm liking the cat in this drawing. i'm thinking about doing a series based on him. thanks for accepting this outcast.

kb, yes, i did use two grey brush pens. actually, used only two grey pens. they are awesome, the control and flexibility.

mb, i look forward to seeing your new piece. how's Eclipse coming?

WOW! This is a great drawing! I really like the other cat one as well. Great original takes on the subject.

Those pens must be pretty special, and the hand that wields them even better. This is incredibly intriguing.

I love your work - gives me the creeps, but nevertheless I love it. How big was the original of this? My one and only brush pen produces a much thicker line I think.

hi Julie, most drawings are 7 by 7. i noticed that some brands are sharper than others. in my short experience, Faber-Castell brush pens are pretty sharp. and also noticed that brush pens get dull after a while.

great detail and lines. the illo reminds me of the book, "the master and margarita" .
