fundamentals of insomnia
Insomnia is characterized by an inability to sleep and/or inability to remain asleep for a reasonable period. Insomniacs typically complain of being unable to close their eyes or "rest their mind" for more than a few minutes at a time.
insomnia is another chronic disease/disorder that i have. i wanted to talk a bit more about sleep disorders, and here is one of my attempts.

Just curious about the story how they became your fundementals of insomnia.
well, the symbols are simple and straight forward, the connection to insomnia is pretty personal though, i guess. :-)
